Your music library,
wearing its own colours.
Wave Player organises the music already on your device — albums, artists, playlists, favourites and history — and then repaints its entire interface from the palette of the track that is playing.

Everything a serious player needs
Everything here is meant to be used daily: the small details — a queue worth shaping, lyrics worth reading, a theme that comes from your own music — get as much attention as the features on a box.
Artwork-driven theming
Every cover becomes a palette: dominant, secondary, accent and a full surface ladder, with contrast enforced rather than hoped for.
Playback that keeps going
Lock the screen, switch apps, take a call: the music carries on, with controls waiting on the lock screen and in the notification shade.
A library that scales
Tens of thousands of tracks stay instantly scrollable and searchable, and a rescan picks up new files without blocking what you are doing.
Queue you control
Play next, add to queue, reorder, clear, shuffle, repeat one/all, and save the result as a playlist without retyping anything.
Playlists, favourites, history
Optimistic favourites with rollback, debounced history writes, recently played, most played and continue listening — all deduplicated.
Search that finds things
One field across songs, albums, artists, genres and playlists, tolerant of case, spacing and diacritics, with an A–Z jump bar.
Lyrics, on your terms
Timed lyrics follow the song line by line and seek when you tap them. Import a .lrc or .txt file for any track, or let the app fetch lyrics when a server has them.
Private and offline-first
No accounts, no analytics, no remote calls for local playback. Artwork is cached on disk; losing the network changes nothing.
Fits every screen
Phone, tablet and widescreen desktop each get a layout designed for them, in English or Persian with true RTL — not a mirrored afterthought.

Questions worth asking
Does playback really continue when the screen is off?
Yes. On Android the music keeps playing while the screen is locked, the app is in the background or you have moved on to something else, and the controls stay available in the notification shade and on the lock screen.
Which audio formats are supported?
MP3, AAC/M4A, FLAC, OGG/Opus and WAV everywhere; AIFF where the platform decoder supports it. Unsupported or corrupt files surface as a clear error instead of a silent failure.
Where does my library data live?
On your own device: the library, playlists, favourites and history are stored locally alongside cached artwork. Nothing is uploaded, and clearing the app data resets it cleanly.
Can it play music from a server?
The player already handles remote tracks and streams, including buffering, retries and timeouts. The Online section is switched on when a server is ready — it is honestly marked as coming soon rather than pretending otherwise.
Is the dynamic theme just a blur of the cover?
No. A blurred cover would look good on one album and unreadable on the next. Colours are sampled, clustered and then contrast-corrected, so text stays legible even on near-black or blown-out artwork.
How big a library does it handle?
Designed around libraries of 10,000 to 50,000 tracks: lists stay fluid, search stays immediate, and re-reading your music shows progress instead of freezing the app.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. Everything except the online section works offline — the player, your library, playlists, favourites, themes and lyrics you have imported. If you point it at a lyrics server it will try one lookup per track and quietly carry on when it cannot reach it.
